Unlike hotel chains, cancellations have a big impact on our small family-owned property. However, we understand that life happens and things come up, so please review our policy below prior to booking.  We thank you in advance for your understanding and look forward to hosting you at our historic cabin vacation rental in St. Charles, MO.

Reservations for October 2021 & beyond:

• For any cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your reservation, please email us at info@campmillpond.com for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

• For cancellations made within 13 days of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Should your stay at Camp Mill Pond be shortened for any reason, you are responsible for the remainder of your reservation with us.
