Yes. For security and verification purposes, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. IDs are securely uploaded through our protected guest portal before arrival instructions are released.

How can I redeem a gift card?

To redeem your gift card, click on 'Gift Cards' at the top of the main menu or visit campmillpond.com/gift-cards. Complete the required information in the form, including your gift certificate code found on your physical gift card or in the eGift card email you received.

Is daily maid service provided?

To keep our rates affordable, we do not provide daily maid service. For stays longer than 5 days, you may request a towel exchange and fresh linens.

Is this really a camp? Are you open in the winter?

Yes, we are open all winter long for your vacation needs :) And no, this isn't really a camp.  Blame it on the fact we never got to go to a proper summer camp growing up for the theme.

Can I use the cabin for a photoshoot?

Commercial photography is allowed with prior written approval. An insurance liability policy and a signed liability waiver by all guests on the property are required. Please email info@campmillpond.com for more information.

I'm a big fan of Camp Mill Pond and want to request a donation for our charity. How do we do that?

At Camp Mill Pond, we believe in giving back to the community. As a small, single-property vacation rental, our capacity to offer complimentary nights is limited — but our commitment to local impact is strong.

We prioritize donation requests based on the following:

The organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
The event aligns with our values and serves our local community.

You will also need to provide all of the following details:

Your organization’s name and EIN
Event name, date, and purpose
How the donation will be used or promoted
Both the Instagram and Facebook handle of your organization’s account that follows @campmillpond

I booked a stay but haven’t received my check-in information or door code. What should I do?

No worries — let’s get you taken care of!
Your check-in instructions are automatically emailed to you 4 days prior to your arrival. Your door code is sent on the day of check-in. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

The email didn’t land in your spam box

How do I book a stay at Camp Mill Pond? Can I call to make a reservation?

All reservations must be made online through our official booking portal, which you can access directly from our website at www.campmillpond.com.

We do not take reservations over the phone. However, all confirmed bookings will include a phone number should you need immediate access while staying with us.

If your desired dates are already booked, don’t worry — our system will automatically prompt you to join the waitlist for those dates. Just enter your name and email, and you’ll be notified if any availability opens up.
