To keep our rates affordable, we do not provide daily maid service. For stays longer than 5 days, you may request a towel exchange and fresh linens.

Yes, we are open all winter long for your vacation needs :) And no, this isn't really a camp. Blame it on the fact we never got to go to a proper summer camp growing up for the theme.

Commercial photography is allowed with prior written approval. An insurance liability policy and a signed liability waiver by all guests on the property are required. Please email info@campmillpond.com for more information.

This little cabin might have been built in 1835, but you'll have all the comforts with central A/C and Heat.

At Camp Mill Pond, we believe in giving back to the community. As a small, single-property vacation rental, our capacity to offer complimentary nights is limited — but our commitment to local impact is strong. ​ We prioritize donation requests based on the following:

• The organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

• The event aligns with our values and serves our local community.

You will also need to provide all of the following details: ​

1. Your organization’s name and EIN

2. Event name, date, and purpose

3. How the donation will be used or promoted

4. Both the Instagram and Facebook handle of your organization’s account that follows @campmillpond

Your check-in instructions are automatically emailed to you 4 days prior to your arrival. Your door code is sent on the day of check-in. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.

• You used the correct email when making your reservation

• The email didn’t land in your spam box

Still can’t find your check-in info? If you think we may have the wrong email on file, just contact us at info@campmillpond.com and include the following:

• Full Name on Reservation

• Booking Dates

• Confirmation Number

• Phone Number provided when booking

• Address provided when booking

• A photo or scan of your driver’s license (for verification)

We’ll get your check-in details resent to the correct address ASAP so you can enjoy a smooth arrival!

All reservations must be made online through our official booking portal, which you can access directly from our website at www.campmillpond.com.

We do not take reservations over the phone. However, all confirmed bookings will include a phone number should you need immediate access while staying with us.

If your desired dates are already booked, don’t worry — our system will automatically prompt you to join the waitlist for those dates. Just enter your name and email, and you’ll be notified if any availability opens up.
